• Social Security Card
• Certificate of Indian Blood
• Driver’s License
• Resume
• Letter of Interest
• Certifications (if applicable)
• (3) Letters of Recommendations
• NN Voter Registration Card

MUST BE AN ACTIVE NAVAJO NATION VOTER FOR ROUGH ROCK CHAPTER
